Danny’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. He specializes in representing debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Danny received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 and his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, Danny is also admitted to practice before the U.S District Court, Central District of California.
Jonathan N. Vaknin has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy law, primarily representing consumer debtors throughout the four districts in California in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2008.
Jonathan is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
